Do you want to exchange or return a product? This can be done quickly and easily in three steps

You can return your order within 14 days of receipt, and we will ensure that the refund is made within 7 working days of receiving the return shipment.

Easy returns in three steps:

Step 1: Send a message to viciqproducts@outlook.com and we will send you a return label that you can scan at a PostNL point near you.

Step 2: Return your order.

Send the goods together with a completed return form to the address on the return form. Make sure the package has a Track & Trace code. You are responsible as the sender and we want to avoid misunderstandings.

Step 3: Receive the refund in your bank account.

Once we have received the package, we will ensure that the refund is in your bank account within five working days.
